Here you should highlight what attracted you to the company, how your experience fits into the role and what skills you will be able to offer. This question helps to evaluate your motivation and commitment level towards the job.

This Canadian job interview question is aimed at determining whether you have an appreciation for the company, their culture and values, as well as their products or services. Make sure you explain why you would like to work at the company.

  1. What are your weaknesses?
